Introduction
When someone asks what’s your secret to energy, I would say it in one word. Yeah, travel makes me feel better and makes our lives without hindrances easier. You got me right. I come with new travel experiences. It was Ahmedabad in India. Basically, we don’t say it; alternately, we say Gandhiji Land.
Sarvodhya Express
With the excitement higher, we reached the Delhi Railway Station. This time, I chose railroad transport. It will be better for me on future trips. Once I reached Delhi Station, I caught up with the Sarvodhya Express to reach Ahmedabad. It departed at 9.50 p.m. from the Delhi Railway Station. The distance to be covered is around 950 kilometers.
Taj Skyline Hotel
Once I reached the Ahmedabad Railway Station, I booked a hotel named Taj Skyline for a day. After I had breakfast, I started to explore the beauty of Ahmedabad. The crowd in that place was higher. And there are many stalls and hotels in this place.
Gandhi Ashram
At first, I visited the Gandhi Ashram. This place is nothing but the house of our Father of India, Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi, aka Mahatma Gandhi. That house shows non-violence and integrity with its strong power. It was also known as the Sabarmati Ashram. It was from here that Gandhi led the Dandi March, also known as the Salt Satyagraha. That house shows the value of Mahatma Gandhi and his service to freedom in India.
Statue of Unity
Then, I started to move towards the statue of Sardar Vallabai Patel; he was known as the Iron Man of India. And that statue is also known as the Statue of Unity. It was opened by Indian Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. It was designed by Indian sculptor Ram V. Sutar. The statue is located in Gujarat on the Narmadha River in the Kevadiya colony, facing the Sardar Sarvor Dam, 100 kilometers southeast of the city of Vadodra. And it is the tallest statue in the world.
Sabarmathi
After I had lunch in the nearby hotel, I reached the Sabarmathi Riverfront, which runs parallel to the Ashram Road, also known as Gandhi House Road. Walking along the riverfront and enjoying the beauty of the flowers in the gardens is something special. It was surrounded by many families and many children, too. It is very close to the Gandhi Ashram.
Lukshmi Palace
At last, I reached the Lukshmi Palace, which was in Vadodra. Lakshmi Vilas Palace was styled in Indo-Sarcenic Revival archictecture costed around 27,00,000 INR. It is four times bigger than Buckingham Palace. I got these details after I was intrigued by the guide in that place.
Conclusion
After all these visits, I reached the hotel again to check out of the hotel. At the same time, I finished dinner at the nearby hotel. Then I booked a cab to reach the Ahmedabad railway station. At 8 p.m., I reached the railway station, then I traveled towards Delhi the same night.
Spent your time on travel not on worthless things……
