Introduction

Many of my friends suggest that I visit Madikeri from July to September. So I decided to travel during this period. I planned a one-day trip to this place. So I didn’t carry many clothes for this trip.

Manglore Railway Station

Madikeri is one of the places in Coorg that falls under the Western Ghats. There are many transports available for the Madikeri. I chose the train. I reached the Mangalore Railway station. Then I reached Subrahmanya Station, which is the nearest railway station to the city of Madikeri.

Fresh up and Breakfast

This time, I didn’t book any hotels in advance. I got freshened up in the government hotel, which cost 300 INR for an hour, and then I had breakfast and started my journey towards Madikeri. Madikeri is the place that was in Karnataka.

Abby Falls

If you enjoy the beauty and peace of a natural waterfall, Abbey Falls is just for you. I enjoyed myself a lot in this place. The water flow was in the higher range. I spent two hours in this place. Then I left that place for the next spot. The water is chill, and the climate is hyper-cool.

Galibeedu Trekking

Then I reached Galibeedu for trekking. If adventure and exploring are more your speed, then Galibeedu trekking is just for you. I walked 14 kilometers upward to see the perfect view of Madikeri. I made some friends in this place.

Coffee Plantation

After lunch, I reached the coffee plantation, which was in Madikeri. I learned how farmers in Madikeri are harvesting, processing, and exploring natural coffee beans. There is full experience and knowledge for me after I harvested some.

Conclusion

Once I explored all these spots, I reached the Manglore Railway Station with the help of the same transport. I feel happy now because of this trip. This travel made me brisk in the next few days, obviously.
